Blank Apparel
The products sold on this site are supplied as blank (undecorated) apparel unless otherwise noted. We do not apply printing, embroidery, or other decoration to standard orders — you or your chosen decorator are responsible for any customization applied after purchase.
Your Responsibility When Decorating
If you or a third party decorates apparel purchased from us — with your own designs, logos, or artwork — you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use that artwork, including compliance with trademark, copyright, and licensing law. We are not responsible for the content of any decoration applied after purchase.
Private Labeling
Approved Wholesale Account holders may relabel or private-label products purchased through their account for resale, subject to standard trademark and licensing law applicable to the goods themselves.
Returns on Decorated Goods
Because decoration is generally permanent, apparel that has been printed, embroidered, or otherwise customized — by you or a third party — is not eligible for return except in the case of a defect present before decoration. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full detail.
Custom Decoration Services
In-house decoration services are not currently offered on all orders. If this changes, details will be published here and reflected in our “Customize It!” offering.
