Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. You can order a single unit or thousands — our bulk pricing tiers apply automatically at checkout based on the quantity in your cart, no minimum required and no coupon code needed.
How does bulk pricing work?
Every product page shows a pricing matrix with per-size, per-quantity-tier pricing. As you increase quantity, your per-unit price drops automatically. There’s nothing to request or negotiate for standard tiered pricing — it’s built into every product.
Can I mix sizes and colors to reach a pricing tier?
In most cases, yes — bulk tiers are based on total quantity of a given product, not a single size/color combination. Check the pricing matrix on each product page for the exact breakdown.
Shipping & Delivery
Is shipping really free?
Parcel orders ship free once your order reaches $79.00. Orders that exceed our parcel weight threshold ship via freight, which our team quotes individually based on your delivery address and order weight — this doesn’t qualify for the standard free-shipping promotion, but we’ll always confirm the cost with you before it ships.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order ships, transit time depends on your location and the shipping method used. You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I track my order?
Yes — log in and visit Order History under My Account. Once your order ships, a tracking link (and live carrier status, when available) appears right on that order.
Wholesale Accounts & Payment
What is a Wholesale Account and how do I apply?
A Wholesale Account gives approved businesses Net-30 invoicing terms, a tax-exempt resale certificate on file, and a dedicated account rep. Apply directly from My Account → Wholesale Account — most applications are reviewed within 2 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards, Wire Transfer, ACH, Zelle, Bill Pay (Invoice Link), In-Person. Approved Wholesale Accounts can also use Net-30 invoicing.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Unworn, unwashed blank apparel in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details, including how decorated/customized goods are handled.
