Approved Wholesale Accounts are additionally subject to any Net-30 or credit terms agreed to at account approval.

You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Orders, Pricing & Product Information
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. Prices, including bulk-tier pricing, are shown at time of order and may change without notice for future orders. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-description errors, including on orders already placed, and will notify you before proceeding in that case. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate but do not warrant that they are error-free.
5. Payment
Payment is due at time of order using one of our accepted payment methods, unless you hold an approved Wholesale Account with Net-30 terms, in which case invoicing terms apply as agreed at account approval. You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Late or unpaid Net-30 invoices may result in suspension of ordering privileges and applicable late fees or interest as permitted by law.
6. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Shipping costs and timelines vary by order size, weight, and destination. Freight-eligible orders are quoted individually and confirmed with you before shipment. Title and risk of loss for ordered products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Intellectual Property
All Site content — including product photography, descriptions, graphics, logos, and branding — is our property or used under license, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.
9. Customization & Decoration
Products purchased as blank apparel are sold undecorated. Any decoration applied by you or a third party is your sole responsibility, including compliance with applicable intellectual property and trademark law — see our Customization Policy for full detail.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable law or regulation, to infringe our or any third party’s intellectual property rights, to transmit any harmful code, or to interfere with the Site’s normal operation or security.
